The invention provides a roof distributed photovoltaic installation structure and a construction method thereof. The photovoltaic installation structure is used for being installed on the top face of a slope roof and comprises a plurality of steel pull rods longitudinally distributed along an inclined slope face of the slope roof, a plurality of U-shaped purlines vertically distributed above the plurality of pull rods, a plurality of U-shaped purlines transversely distributed along the slope roof, a plurality of groups of main water guide structures vertically distributed above the U-shaped purlines, and a plurality of groups of water guide structures vertically distributed above the U-shaped purlines. The main water guide structure is parallel to the steel pull rod; the main water guide knot comprises a pair of convex connecting plates connected with the U-shaped purline, an n-shaped waterproof purline is fixedly installed between the two convex connecting plates in a clamped mode, and a main water guide groove is formed in the top of the n-shaped waterproof purline. The main water guiding structure can block rainwater, a large amount of rainwater is discharged through the photovoltaic panel, and the rainwater is prevented from permeating into the connecting position; the waterproof purline shaped like the Chinese character'ji 'of the main water guiding structure can collect and drain rainwater seeping from a gap between the waterproof steel pressing plate and the photovoltaic panel, and water leakage caused by water accumulation on the roof is prevented.
