High-brightness specular glossy film and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses a preparation process of a high-brightness specular glossy film. The preparation process comprises the following steps: carrying out unwinding and coating operation on a base material layer to obtain a first mirror surface film semi-finished product; performing radiation baking on the mirror surface film semi-finished product I to obtain a mirror surface film semi-finished product II; performing mirror surface rolling and curing operation on the mirror surface film semi-finished product II to obtain a mirror surface film semi-finished product III; performing film pasting and rolling operation on the mirror surface film semi-finished product III, and suspending and standing to obtain a mirror surface film semi-finished product IV; when the fourth mirror surface film semi-finished product is subjected to unwinding and film tearing operation, the face, with the film coating bottom coating, of the fourth mirror surface film semi-finished product is subjected to metal film coating twice continuously, and a fifth mirror surface film semi-finished product is obtained; and the face, with the metal coating layer, of the fifth mirror surface film semi-finished product is coated with a protective coating, the other face of the fifth mirror surface film semi-finished product is coated with a hardened layer, and the high-brightness mirror surface glossy film is obtained. The defects and the roughness of the surface of the base material layer are improved through mirror surface rolling, the plating layer is more compact and free of defects such as pinholes due to continuous two-time metal plating, and the high-brightness mirror glossy film is more glossy.
