Flame-retardant aluminum honeycomb panel and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a flame-retardant aluminum honeycomb panel and a preparation method thereof in the technical field of building materials. The flame-retardant aluminum honeycomb panel comprises the following components: a flame-retardant coating, an upper aluminum plate, a lower aluminum plate, an aluminum honeycomb core and an adhesive, the flame-retardant coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of epoxy resin, 20-30 parts of a curing agent, 30-40 parts of butyl acetate and 8-15 parts of a flame-retardant additive. The flame-retardant additive is prepared by coating ammonium polyphosphate with graphite phase carbon nitride nanosheets and then coating melamine formaldehyde resin, the flame-retardant additive is added into the epoxy resin coating, the flame-retardant and heat-insulating effects of the coating are improved, and the aluminum honeycomb panel with a good flame-retardant effect is obtained by coating the outer side of the aluminum honeycomb panel with the flame-retardant additive.
本发明公开了建筑材料技术领域的一种阻燃铝蜂窝板及其制备方法,所述阻燃铝蜂窝板包括如下成分:阻燃涂层、上铝板、下铝板、铝蜂窝芯、胶粘剂;所述阻燃涂层包括如下重量份的组分:环氧树脂80‑100份、固化剂20‑30份、乙酸丁酯30‑40份、阻燃添加剂8‑15份。本发明通过石墨相氮化碳纳米片包覆聚磷酸铵再包覆三聚氰胺甲醛树脂制备阻燃添加剂加入环氧树脂涂层中,改善涂层的阻燃隔热效果,涂覆于铝蜂窝板外侧从而得到阻燃效果好的铝蜂窝板。
