Comprising a water collecting and sewage discharging channel connected with external breeding equipment, a purification and sedimentation tank communicated with the water collecting and sewage discharging channel, a fermentation tank connected with the purification and sedimentation tank, and a clear water temporary storage tank connected with the lower end of the purification and sedimentation tank, water-turbine generator assemblies which are distributed perpendicular to the water flow direction are arranged on the water collecting and sewage draining channel; the ecological barrier wall reduces the flowing speed of the breeding tail water, prolongs the flowing path of the breeding tail water and improves the treatment effect; not only can large-size solid impurities in the aquaculture tail water be settled and filtered, but also suspended particulate matters in the aquaculture tail water can be removed, and organic matters, nitrogen and phosphorus compounds and other nutritive salts can be degraded; the sediment is guided to the sewage draining exit by the wave-shaped flow guide table, and the sludge is continuously disturbed in the sliding process, so that the sedimentation process of the sediment is favorably accelerated.
