The invention discloses a method for preparing a lightweight building block by using waste silicon rubber cracking residues and application of the lightweight building block, and the method comprises the following steps: adding quicklime into the silicon rubber cracking residues, uniformly mixing, standing for 3-5 days, heating in vacuum, condensing gas distilled in the heating process by using a condenser, recovering liquid, and cooling to room temperature after reaction to obtain secondary residues; mixing the secondary residue with ordinary Portland cement, yellow sand, quick lime, glass fiber, water and an additive to obtain cement silicon residue slurry; pouring the cement silicon slag slurry into a mold, vibrating, maintaining, and demolding to obtain a light building block green brick; and performing autoclaved curing on the light building block green brick in an autoclave to obtain the light building block. According to the method for preparing the light building block, the secondary silicon rubber cracking slag can be directly used as a raw material of the light building block, so that the treatment cost is greatly reduced, environmental pollution is avoided, certain economic benefits are generated, waste is turned into wealth, and the method has extremely high practical popularization and application value.
本发明公开了一种利用废旧硅橡胶裂解渣制备轻质砌块的方法及其应用,方法包括:在硅橡胶裂解残渣中加入生石灰,混匀后放置3‑5天,真空加热,加热过程中蒸馏出的气体用冷凝器冷凝后回收液体,反应完毕后冷却至室温得到二次残渣;将二次残渣与普通硅酸盐水泥、黄砂、生石灰、玻璃纤维、水、外加剂混合,得到水泥硅渣浆;将水泥硅渣浆倒入模具中,振捣后养护,脱模得轻质砌块砖胚;将轻质砌块砖胚在蒸压釜内蒸压养护,即得轻质砌块。本发明提供了一种制备轻质砌块的的方法,可将二次硅橡胶裂解渣直接作为轻质砌块的原料,大大降低了处理成本,既避免了环境污染,又产生了一定的经济效益,变废为宝,有极强的实际推广应用价值。
