Porous thermal insulation material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a preparation method of a porous thermal insulation material, which comprises the following steps: S1) mixing silicon-aluminum binary sol and a coagulant to obtain sol; s2) impregnating a fibrofelt in the sol, and performing amino modification after gelling to obtain a modified fibrofelt; and S3) drying the modified fibrofelt to obtain the porous thermal insulation material. The invention further provides the porous thermal insulation material and application thereof. The porous thermal insulation material provided by the invention has the characteristics of high porosity, high temperature resistance, good thermal insulation performance, elasticity and light weight, can realize physical adsorption of gas generated in a battery thermal runaway process, and has the advantages of good low-concentration adsorption effect, strong adsorption binding energy, no desorption secondary pollution risk and the like.
