And meanwhile, the asphalt concrete at the middle upper part is used as a flexible material, so that the adaptability to roadbed and foundation deformation or differential settlement is high. The emulsified asphalt in the middle plays a bonding role, bonding between the surface layers can be enhanced, the bottom layer plain concrete and the upper layer pouring type asphalt concrete form a whole, and therefore the service life of the pavement is prolonged.
本发明提出一种浇筑式沥青混凝土搭接结构及施工方法,在槽型钢轨的两侧铺设结合部,结合部的底部为素混凝土作为垫层,素混凝土层的上方铺设乳化沥青作为结合层,乳化沥青上方摊铺浇筑式沥青混凝土,浇筑式沥青混凝土上方灌注密封胶;密封胶的端面与槽型钢轨的端面齐平;本发明采用素混凝土浇筑作为垫层,较于普通沥青混凝土,其水稳定性和温度稳定性相较高,可以给钢轨提供水平方向支撑。同时中上部的沥青混凝土作为柔性材料,在面对路基、地基变形或不均匀沉降的适应性强。中间的乳化沥青起粘结作用,能加强面层与面层之间的粘结,使底层素混凝土和上层浇筑式沥青混凝土形成一个整体,从而延长路面的使用寿命。
