Ultra-wide large-span composite beam bridge and construction technology thereof
The invention provides an ultra-wide and large-span composite beam bridge and a construction technology thereof. The composite beam bridge comprises a foundation, two side piers, two middle piers and a steel-concrete composite beam, and the steel-concrete composite beam is composed of a steel main beam, a UHPC bridge deck slab and concrete; the construction process of the combined beam bridge comprises the following steps: constructing a foundation, side piers, middle piers, temporary piers and a scattered splicing bracket; a steel main beam is spliced on the temporary pier and the scattered splicing support, and after the steel main beam is constructed to a closure section, steel beam bottom plate combination concrete at the fulcrum of the middle pier is poured; dismantling the scattered support, applying pre-jacking force to the pier top of the temporary pier, adjusting the steel beam line type, and installing a midspan closure section; pouring UHPC bridge deck slabs at the midspan of the main span and the ends of the side span beams, and removing the temporary piers; the rest UHPC bridge deck slabs are poured to the middle piers from the midspan beam end and the side span beam end respectively; and carrying out full-bridge auxiliary construction. The composite beam bridge can be suitable for the span of 200 m or above, the beam bridge structure is more attractive while the utilization efficiency of the bridge is improved, and development of the ultra-wide and large-span composite beam bridge is promoted.
本发明提供一种超宽大跨组合梁桥及其施工工艺,组合梁桥包括基础、两个边墩、两个中墩和钢混凝土组合梁,钢混凝土组合梁由钢主梁、UHPC桥面板及混凝土组成;组合梁桥的施工工艺步骤如下:建造基础、边墩、中墩、临时墩和散拼支架;在临时墩和散拼支架上拼接钢主梁,钢主梁施工至合龙段后,浇筑中墩支点处钢梁底板结合混凝土;拆除散拼支架,在临时墩墩顶施加预顶力,调整钢梁线型,安装跨中合龙段;浇筑主跨跨中和边跨梁端处UHPC桥面板,拆除临时墩;从跨中和边跨梁端分别向中墩浇筑剩余UHPC桥面板;全桥附属施工。本发明的组合梁桥可适用跨径200m以上,在提高桥梁利用效率的同时使梁桥结构更美观,促进了超宽大跨组合梁桥的发展。
