According to the method, the main cable saddle structure with the transverse blocks is matched with the transverse pushing device and the longitudinal pushing device, the shape of the main cable can be adjusted along with the erection progress of the main beam, the equipment investment cost is effectively reduced, the adjusting process is not limited by the conventional suspension bridge construction sequence, and the overall bridging construction flexibility and construction efficiency are greatly improved.
