The invention provides a construction method for reverse excavation and pouring of inspection wells in a small-pipe-diameter long-distance pipe jacking foundation pit, and belongs to the technical field of building construction.The construction method comprises the steps that after small-pipe-diameter long-distance pipe jacking construction is completed, the position of each inspection well is determined; excavation is carried out at the design position of each inspection well, anchor-shotcrete supporting is carried out, and excavation is carried out to the low elevation of a design cushion layer; inspection well bottom plate reinforcing steel bars are bound, and lower wall reinforcing steel bars are bound to the same height as the top of the pipeline; an anchor-shotcrete support wall is used as an outer formwork, only an inner formwork is installed, and inspection well bottom plate and lower wall body concrete is poured; after the lower wall concrete reaches the design strength, the upper half part of the pipeline in the inspection well is cut off; the lower half part of the pipeline is reserved as a chute of the inspection well, and concrete with the same height as the chute is poured on each side of the chute; binding upper wall body steel bars, installing a template, and pouring upper wall body and top plate concrete; and removing the mold and curing the concrete to finish the construction of the inspection well main body structure.
