The invention discloses a ceramic rock plate integrated basin beneficial to water drainage and a preparation method thereof.The integrated basin comprises a one-piece ceramic rock plate counter basin, the middle of the ceramic rock plate counter basin is concaved downwards to form a water tank position, and then the water tank position is concaved downwards to form a funnel-shaped water drainage opening; the ceramic rock plate counter basin, the water tank position and the funnel-shaped water outlet are all integrally formed, and the connecting position of the funnel-shaped water outlet and the water tank position is an arc-shaped lead angle. The ceramic rock plate integrated basin is processed by adopting two different hot bending forming devices, and the method at least comprises the following steps: (1) marking a drain hole opening position on a to-be-processed ceramic rock plate; (2) horizontally placing the ceramic rock plate with the marked hole opening position of the collector nozzle on the upper surface of the hot bending mold; (3) a counterweight device is additionally arranged at the marked position of the ceramic rock plate; and (4) a high-temperature kiln is started for firing. The bottom of the integrated basin is provided with the funnel-shaped water outlet, so that the water flowing direction is more concentrated, and the water flowing speed is higher. And the preparation method can reduce the heating temperature and duration, save energy consumption and achieve high yield, and meanwhile, the problem of water accumulation on the basin bottom area of an existing product is solved.
本发明公开了一种利于下水的陶瓷岩板一体盆及其制备方法,一体盆包括一片式陶瓷岩板台盆,所述陶瓷岩板台盆中部向下凹陷有水槽位,所述水槽位上继而向下凹陷有漏斗状下水口;所述陶瓷岩板台盆、水槽位、漏斗状下水口均一体成型,该漏斗状下水口与水槽位连接位置为圆弧状导角。该陶瓷岩板一体盆采用两种不同的热弯成型装置加工而成,至少包括如下步骤,(1)在待加工的陶瓷岩板件上标记下水口开孔位置;(2)将已标记下水口开孔位置的陶瓷岩板件水平放置在所述热弯模具的上表面;(3)在陶瓷岩板件标记处增加配重装置:(4)开启高温窑炉进行烧制。本申请一体盆底部具有漏斗状下水口,下水流向更集中,下水速度更快。且制备方法能降低加热温度和时长,节约能耗,良品率高,同时,改良了现有产品中盆底面积水的问题。
