The invention discloses a modular concrete building wall vertical abutted seam waterproof construction system and method. The system comprises a first foaming filler, a first foam strip and first screeding mortar which are sequentially distributed in a vertical abutted seam of a wall body from inside to outside, and a seam edge rabbet groove which is formed in an abutted seam of the outer side face of the modular wall body and is filled with the first screeding mortar, the foam strip pressing-in unit is used for pressing the first foam strip into the vertical abutted seam of the wall body at a fixed depth; by arranging the hemming rabbet grooves, smooth transition of staggered side seams of the modular wall body is effectively achieved, and a vertical side seam waterproof structure is optimized to a certain extent; and meanwhile, the foam strip pressing-in unit is designed to complete system auxiliary construction equipment for centering the center of the edge seam, pressing in the foam strip and adjusting the depth, so that the standardization of waterproof construction of the foam strip is realized.
本发明公开了一种模块化混凝土建筑墙体竖向拼缝防水施工系统及方法,系统包括:由内向外方向依次布设于墙体竖向拼缝的第一发泡填充剂、第一泡沫条和第一抹平砂浆、开设于模块化墙体外侧面拼缝处并填充所述第一抹平砂浆的缝边企口槽、用于将所述第一泡沫条定深压入墙体竖向拼缝的泡沫条压入单元;通过设置缝边企口槽,有效实现了模块化墙体错位边缝的平滑过渡,在一定程度上优化了竖向边缝防水结构;与此同时,本发明设计泡沫条压入单元完成了边缝中心对中、泡沫条压入及深度调整的系统辅助施工装备,从而实现了泡沫条防水施工标准化。
