The invention discloses a composite anti-seepage structure for building a dangerous waste storage facility by utilizing old, which is constructed by the following steps of: treating the original ground and wall surface, constructing a plain concrete cushion layer, paving two pieces of cloth and one film, pouring a fine aggregate concrete layer, plastering waterproof cement mortar and coating epoxy resin. Therefore, a composite anti-seepage structure composed of a plain concrete cushion layer (2), a two-cloth-one-film (3), a fine aggregate concrete layer (4), waterproof cement mortar (5) and an epoxy resin ground coating (6) from bottom to top and from inside to outside is formed. The problems that a high-density polyethylene geotechnical impermeable membrane is not easy to lay on the surface of a wall surface skirt and is poor in fitting degree can be effectively solved, meanwhile, the wall surface part can effectively prevent the high-density polyethylene geotechnical impermeable membrane from dislocation and an impermeable layer from falling off, and necessary technical conditions are provided for long-term integrity and reliability of an impermeable structure.
