Composite floor slab and construction method for connecting composite floor slab with steel reinforced concrete beam
The invention discloses a composite floor slab and a construction method for connecting the composite floor slab with a steel reinforced concrete beam, a plurality of receding grooves are formed in at least one side of a prefabricated slab, and the receding grooves penetrate through the two side plate surfaces and the end surfaces of the prefabricated slab, so that a plurality of bosses which are alternately distributed with the receding grooves are formed at the two ends of the prefabricated slab; and the slab bottom load-bearing steel bars extend out of the end parts of the bosses to form the horizontal reinforcing bars. The receding grooves are formed in the end of the composite floor slab, so that when the composite floor slab is installed, one end of the composite floor slab can avoid blocking of stirrups, the end of the composite floor slab can be inserted into a steel reinforced concrete beam deeply, a certain distance is reserved for horizontal reinforcing bars at the other end of the composite floor slab, the horizontal reinforcing bars can fall down smoothly, and through reverse movement, the horizontal reinforcing bars can be prevented from being blocked by the stirrups. The horizontal reinforcing bars at the two ends of the composite floor slab can be smoothly inserted into the steel reinforced concrete beam by the preset depth, operation such as shearing or bending of the horizontal reinforcing bars is not needed, additional welding operation is not needed any more, and the construction efficiency and the anchoring integrity are greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种叠合楼板及其与型钢混凝土梁连接的施工方法,在预制板的至少一侧开设有多个让位槽,所述让位槽贯穿预制板的两侧板面及端面,使预制板的两端形成多个与让位槽交替分布的凸台,所述板底受力钢筋由凸台的端部伸出形成所述胡子筋。本发明通过在叠合楼板的端部设置多个让位槽,使叠合楼板在安装时,其叠合楼板的一端能够避开箍筋的阻挡,使其一端能够较深入的插入型钢混凝土梁中,为另一端的胡子筋让出一定距离,使其能够顺利的下落,并通过反向移动,使叠合楼板两端的胡子筋均能够顺利的插入型钢混凝土梁中预设深度,不需要对胡子筋进行剪断或折弯等操作,也不再需要额外的焊接作业,极大的提高了施工效率和锚固的整体性。
