A subway upper cover structure construction device comprises a vehicle body, a lifting mechanism, a hanging scaffold and an adsorption pad, the lifting mechanism is installed on the upper side of the front end of the vehicle body, the hanging scaffold is arranged below the lifting mechanism and connected with the lifting end of the lifting mechanism, the adsorption pad is arranged at the bottom of the hanging scaffold, and an adsorption cavity is formed between the adsorption pad and the hanging scaffold. A plurality of adsorption holes are evenly formed in the adsorption pad, an air exhaust mechanism is arranged on the vehicle body, the air exhaust end of the air exhaust mechanism is connected with an air suction hose, the air inlet end of the air suction hose is fixedly connected to the hanging scaffold and communicates with the adsorption cavity, and a plurality of crushing rods vertically penetrating through the adsorption pad are fixedly installed at the bottom of the hanging scaffold; the hanging scaffold and the adsorption pad are each provided with a plurality of receding holes used for allowing reserved steel bars to penetrate through, and a receding pipe is fixedly connected between every two receding holes which correspond to each other up and down in a sealed mode. Manual chiseling is replaced, the labor intensity is small, broken stones generated by chiseling are mixed into poured new concrete, the cleaning workload is low, and the strength of the newly poured frame column is not affected.
