An interlocking structure of a negative pressure laboratory air-tight door relates to a negative pressure door locking structure and comprises a first front chamber and a second front chamber which are communicated with each other. When an inter-chamber sealing door (16) is in a closed state and a movable door (10) of a front chamber sealing door (13) or a front second chamber sealing door (18) is in a completely open state, two sliding blocks (4) located between the movable door (10) in the open state and the inter-chamber sealing door (16) are located at the upper ends of the two sliding rods (3), and a pull rope (8) located between the movable door (10) in the open state and the inter-chamber sealing door (16) is in a tightened state. The two locking mechanisms are arranged between the first-chamber sealing door, the inter-chamber sealing door and the second-chamber sealing door respectively, interlocking is formed through the two locking mechanisms, the purpose that the two adjacent sealing doors cannot be opened at the same time can be achieved through a physical structure, and an electromagnetic control door is effectively supplemented.
