The invention provides a sound insulation window with a damping function of a solar panel and a production method of the sound insulation window. Hollow glass installed in a window frame comprises a first hollow cavity and a second hollow cavity which are spaced from each other in the thickness direction, and the first hollow cavity is filled with damping sound insulation liquid; the solar panel can be installed in the second hollow cavity in a stretching and contracting mode and is connected with the power storage mechanism. In the production process, firstly, hollow glass is manufactured, and a first hollow cavity, a second hollow cavity and a third hollow cavity are formed at intervals; the first hollow cavity is filled with damping sound insulation liquid, the second hollow cavity is internally provided with a solar panel, the third hollow cavity is packaged in a vacuum mode, the outer edge of the hollow glass is isolated from the window frame through a flexible damping ring piece, and an inner cavity of the flexible damping ring piece is filled with damping sound insulation liquid. According to the sound insulation window manufactured through the method, the damping sound insulation performance is effectively improved, power can be generated through the embedded solar panel, the damping sound insulation performance and the embedded solar panel are organically combined, and the damping sound insulation effect of the traffic equipment window is effectively improved.
