Method for cementing broken bulk into roadway
The method comprises the following steps: weighing artificial agglomerated stone waste residues, fly ash, cement and water, stirring and mixing to obtain slurry A, weighing mining tailings, grinding, adding the ground mining tailings into the slurry A, stirring and mixing for 10-15 minutes, adding the slurry A into the slurry A, and stirring and mixing for 10-15 minutes to obtain slurry B; then adding polyacrylamide, and continuously stirring for 5-10 minutes to obtain cementing slurry; after roadway tunneling is completed, grouting pipes are arranged on the shallow part of the surrounding rock, and cementing slurry is injected; after the cementing slurry is solidified and cemented, anchor rods are arranged on the two sides of the grouting pipe towards the interior of the surrounding rock, the length of the anchor rods is 1.5-2.0 m, the distance between the anchor rods is 1500-2000 mm, and then concrete is sprayed to the surrounding rock of the roadway to form a guniting layer. By improving the cementing slurry, the permeability of the cementing slurry in an expansive rock mass is promoted, the argillization effect of water on the rock mass is reduced, and the stability of surrounding rock after grouting and cementing is improved.
本发明公开了一种破碎散体胶结成巷的方法,其称取人造岗石废渣、粉煤灰、水泥和水搅拌混合得到浆料A,称取采矿尾砂进行研磨,研磨后的采矿尾砂中粒度小于20μm的颗粒占70%~80%,接着将研磨后的采矿尾砂加入至浆料A中搅拌混合10~15min,然后再加入聚丙烯酰胺继续搅拌5~10min得到胶结料浆;接着在完成巷道掘进后,向围岩浅部布设注浆管并且注入胶结浆料;待胶结浆料凝固胶结后,在注浆管的两侧向围岩内布置锚杆,锚杆长度为1.5~2.0m,锚杆的间距为1500~2000mm,接着向巷道围岩喷射混凝土形成喷浆层。通过改善胶结浆料,促进胶结浆料在膨胀性岩体的渗透性,降低水分对岩体的泥化作用,提高围岩注浆胶结后的稳定性。
