The invention discloses split-type air conditioner and air water production integrated equipment which comprises an air cold and hot adjusting device, an air water production device, a water storage device and a water purification device, and the air cold and hot adjusting device comprises an indoor unit and an outdoor unit; the indoor unit comprises an indoor fan, an indoor heat exchanger and an air conditioner air outlet device. The outdoor unit comprises a compressor, a four-way reversing valve, an outdoor heat exchanger, an expansion valve, an axial flow fan and a gas-liquid separator. The water storage device and the water purification device are arranged in the indoor unit. According to the invention, the air water production function and the air conditioning function are integrated, the cost is saved, condensed water generated during the operation of the air conditioner can be recovered and purified, water vapor in outdoor air can be condensed into liquid water and then filtered and sterilized, the purified water can be used as direct drinking water or household water, and the water resource is fully utilized. According to the air water making and air conditioner, the outdoor compressor, the axial flow fan and the gas-liquid separator are used, indoor noise can be reduced, the cost of the whole equipment is reduced, and energy consumption is reduced.
