The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, and particularly discloses a decorative cooling tower noise reduction device which comprises an aluminum square tube, a steel structure frame and a ventilation and noise elimination grating, and the steel structure frame is of an annular structure and is arranged around a cooling tower body; the cooling tower body is fixed in the mounting plane, and the steel structure frame is rigidly connected with the mounting plane; the aluminum square tubes are divided into longitudinally-arranged aluminum square tubes and transversely-arranged aluminum square tubes, the inner sides of the longitudinally-arranged aluminum square tubes are fixed to the steel structure frame, and the multiple aluminum square tubes are evenly arranged along the surface of the outer side of the steel structure frame. The longitudinally-arranged aluminum square tubes define an annular structure on the steel structure frame, the transversely-arranged aluminum square tubes are arranged on the upper side of the annular structure, and the two ends of the transversely-arranged aluminum square tubes are fixed to the longitudinally-arranged aluminum square tubes respectively. The ventilation and noise elimination grating is arranged on the inner side of the longitudinally-arranged aluminum square tube, and the area where the ventilation and noise elimination grating is located is matched with the cooling tower body.
