Method for preparing polyaluminum chloride composite material from polyaluminum chloride water treatment agent waste residues
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of water purification materials, in particular to a method for preparing a polyaluminum chloride composite material from polyaluminum chloride water treatment agent waste residues. A method for preparing a polyaluminum chloride composite material by using polyaluminum chloride water treatment agent waste residues comprises the following steps: carrying out solid-liquid separation, drying, grinding, calcining, grinding and screening on a solid-liquid mixture containing the polyaluminum chloride water treatment agent waste residues to obtain pretreated slag powder, carrying out acid treatment to concentrate aluminum-rich filtrate, carrying out alkali treatment to obtain filtrate rich in aluminate radicals, and carrying out solid-liquid separation on the filtrate rich in aluminate radicals to obtain the polyaluminum chloride composite material. The filtrate rich in aluminate radicals is at least mixed with an aluminum source and then subjected to a hydrochloric acid aqueous solution polymerization reaction to obtain an aqueous solution containing polyaluminum chloride, and the aqueous solution containing polyaluminum chloride is mixed with cationic polyacrylamide and then subjected to reduced-pressure filtration, vacuum drying, grinding and screening to obtain a finished product. The aluminum-containing waste residues generated in the sewage treatment process are subjected to secondary development and utilization, aluminum resources in the aluminum-containing waste residues are extracted for production of the polyaluminum chloride composite material, the resource utilization rate is increased, and the method conforms to the sustainable green development trend.
