The invention discloses a microbial repairing agent particle for a crack self-repairing cement-based material and a preparation method thereof.The repairing agent particle is of a core-shell structure and comprises a microbial repairing agent inner core and a repairing agent shell, and the repairing agent inner core is prepared from, by mass, 10-15 parts of microbial powder, 0.75-1.25 parts of a calcium source, 2-3 parts of nutrient substances and 8-10 parts of filler; the repairing agent shell is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 6 to 8 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 1 to 3 parts of density adjusting powder and 0 to 1 part of fly ash. The formula of the inner core of the repairing agent is changed, and the inner core particles are prepared by adopting an extrusion granulation method, so that high loading rate of microbial components in the inner core and small particle size distribution coefficient of the inner core are realized, and meanwhile, the repairing agent particles are good in sphericity degree, concentrated in size distribution, small in particle strength deviation, uniform in wall thickness and high in yield; in mortar, concrete and other cement-based materials, the responsiveness to cracks and the self-repairing effect on the cracks are good.
本发明公开了一种用于裂缝自修复水泥基材料的微生物修复剂颗粒及其制备方法,该修复剂颗粒为核‑壳结构,包含微生物修复剂内核和修复剂外壳,修复剂内核按质量百分比包括以下组分:微生物菌粉:10~15份,钙源:0.75~1.25份,营养物质:2~3份,填充剂:8~10份;修复剂外壳按质量百分比包括以下组分:硫铝酸盐水泥:6~8份,密度调节粉末:1~3份,粉煤灰:0~1份。本发明改变修复剂内核的配方并采用挤压造粒的方法制备内核颗粒,实现了内核中微生物组分的负载率高以及内核的粒度分布系数小,同时修复剂颗粒球形度好、尺寸分布集中、颗粒强度偏差小、壁厚均匀,成品率高,在砂浆和混凝土等水泥基材料中对开裂的响应性以及对裂缝的自修复效果好。
