Bendable plastic asphalt composite-based cementing material mixture and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a bendable plastic asphalt composite-based cementing material mixture and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing SBS modified asphalt; s2, preparing composite modified asphalt; s3, preparation of a plastic asphalt composite-based cementing material mixture: taking a mineral aggregate and the composite modified asphalt prepared in S2 according to an asphalt-aggregate ratio of 4-6%, heating a mixing pot, then adding the taken composite modified asphalt and the aggregate, mixing for 90 seconds, then adding the mineral powder, continuously mixing for 90 seconds, then adding LLDPE particles, and uniformly mixing to obtain the plastic asphalt composite-based cementing material mixture, wherein the mineral aggregate is composed of aggregate and mineral powder, and the mass of the mineral powder is 1.5-2.2% of that of the mineral aggregate; and mixing for 90 seconds, and keeping the temperature for 90 seconds. The mixed material has the advantages that the bending performance of the mixed material at normal temperature is improved by about 30% while the pavement performance indexes such as high-temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance and water stability are ensured to meet the specifications, so that the bending performance of the mixed material reaches the bending performance indexes corresponding to the thickness and curling radius of a prefabricated thin layer.
