Dry-method classification pulverizing process for ceramic body powder
The invention discloses a dry-method classification pulverizing process for ceramic green body powder. The dry-method classification pulverizing process comprises the following steps: A, preparing green body raw materials; b, vertically grinding the first type of raw materials to obtain pre-ground powder, and removing iron from the pre-ground powder to obtain a first pretreated material; c, taking the raw materials with the moisture content of less than or equal to 15% and the particle size of less than or equal to 3mm in the green body raw materials as second-class raw materials; d, crushing the third type of raw materials to obtain a second pretreated material; adding water into the fourth type of raw materials, performing wet ball milling to obtain slurry, and sieving and squeezing the slurry to obtain a mud cake; and F, performing vertical milling to obtain fine powder, and performing slag removal, iron removal, humidification and granulation on the fine powder to obtain ceramic body powder. According to the dry-method classification pulverizing process provided by the scheme, the green body raw materials are firstly classified and correspondingly pretreated, and then the pretreated green body raw materials are uniformly pulverized and granulated, so that the selection range of the green body raw materials is expanded on the premise of energy conservation, and the material selection difficulty and the production cost of the ceramic green body can be effectively reduced; the diversity and the flexibility of a blank formula are improved.
