The elastic part is used for being switched between a first position at a low position and a second position at a high position under the driving of the guide shaft, when the guide wheel is located at the first position, the guide wheel abuts against and makes contact with the steel rail, and when the guide wheel is located at the second position, the guide wheel is separated from the steel rail, and the elastic part abuts against the guide shaft or the guide wheel, so that the guide wheel tends to be switched to the first position.
