The combined bridge deck with the negative Poisson's ratio effect comprises steel bars, shearing force connecting pieces and a corrugated plate, the corrugated plate is of a corrugated structure which can be compressed in the vertical direction, the plate-shaped shearing force connecting pieces are vertically arranged in grooves with upward notches of the corrugated plate respectively, oval through holes which are distributed at intervals in a staggered mode are formed in the shearing force connecting pieces, and the oval through holes are communicated with the corrugated plate. And the steel bars are respectively inserted into the oval through holes corresponding to the shearing force connecting pieces, and are positioned above the corrugated plate. The oval through holes are formed in the shearing force connecting piece, so that the poisson ratio of the shearing force connecting piece is similar to that of concrete, and the effect that the shearing force connecting piece and the concrete are cooperatively stressed is achieved. By adopting the corrugated plate which can be compressed in the vertical direction, the size of the deformed corrugated plate in the direction perpendicular to the stress direction is shrunk, so that the negative Poisson's ratio effect is shown on the whole, and the combined bridge deck has good impact resistance and good energy dissipation and shock absorption effects.
