Welding-free counter-force frame of hanging basket
The invention discloses a hanging basket welding-free type reaction frame which is applied to a hanging basket of a continuous beam, the hanging basket comprises a walking track, a main truss, a cross beam, a hanging rod and a mold frame, and the retreating end of the walking track is provided with a reaction frame which is detachably connected in a clamped mode and used for providing a fulcrum for pulling of a pull rod. A pull rod used for driving the main truss to move backwards is arranged above the walking track, a fixed plate fixedly connected with the counter-force frame is arranged on the counter-force frame, and the pull rod penetrates through the fixed plate. According to the detachable design of the reaction frame, after a section of walking track is withdrawn, the rear section of track can be detached, the reaction device is replaced forwards, a reaction limit does not need to be welded or cut off, the original mode that a jack is used for jacking forwards is changed into a backward pulling mode, the hanging basket withdrawing walking efficiency can be effectively improved, and the safety of the hanging basket is guaranteed. And the time for withdrawing the hanging basket is greatly shortened.
