The invention relates to the field of bridge maintenance, in particular to a bridge network maintenance decision-making method and system based on bridge technical condition indexes. The bridge network maintenance decision-making method based on the bridge technical condition index comprises the following steps: obtaining the average service duration of a bridge under different state levels by using bridge service data; according to the first corresponding relation and the average service duration, obtaining a bridge technical condition index time-varying relation in the full-life service cycle; setting bridge maintenance parameters in the full-life service cycle; according to the second corresponding relation and the bridge technical condition indexes before and after the node maintenance, obtaining bridge carbonization coefficients before and after the node maintenance; setting a carbonization depth threshold value, predicting the total carbonization depth of the bridge under the maintenance measures according to the bridge carbonization coefficients before and after the maintenance nodes, and adjusting the bridge maintenance parameters according to a comparison result of the carbonization depth threshold value and the total carbonization depth. By taking the bridge technical condition index as a reference, a proper opportunity can be provided for implementing maintenance measures on the bridge.
