The invention relates to the technical field of garage flood control, and discloses an underground garage flood control device which comprises a garage entrance and side walls on the two sides of the garage entrance, and further comprises two slope plates symmetrically arranged and installed on the ground at the garage entrance; the water baffle is arranged between the two slope plates, and the right end of the water baffle is rotationally arranged between the two side walls through a rotating shaft; and fan-shaped grooves are formed in the two side walls, the ends of the water baffles are movably arranged in the fan-shaped grooves, and the fan-shaped grooves take the rotating shaft as the circle center. In a common state, the water baffle and the two slope plates are used as deceleration strips to remind vehicles entering and exiting from the garage entrance to decelerate; when flood comes, water firstly flows into the bottom groove between the two slope plates, then under the action of buoyancy, the floating plate floats and enables the water baffle to rotate around the rotating shaft, and the water baffle moves in the fan-shaped groove when rotating around the rotating shaft, so that a horizontal state is changed into an inclined state, the effects of water retaining and flood control are achieved, and the underground garage is protected.
