The invention discloses an aqueduct pier body construction tool and method, and aims to solve the technical problem of rapid construction of aqueduct pier bodies below 30 meters. The method mainly comprises the following steps that a pier body outer side cantilever formwork bearing frame body platform is installed; mounting a reinforcing steel bar manufacturing and mounting platform; pier body reinforcing steel bar manufacturing and mounting and embedded part mounting are assisted through the reinforcing steel bar manufacturing and mounting platform; hoisting an inner template and an outer template of the pier body, and assisting in mounting through a reinforcing steel bar mounting platform; mounting a concrete pouring auxiliary platform; pier body concrete pouring; removing the inner and outer templates of the concrete pouring auxiliary platform, and lifting away; and dismounting and mounting the steel bar manufacturing and mounting platform. The method is simple and convenient in construction, and can effectively improve the construction efficiency of the aqueduct pier body of less than 30 meters.
