The invention discloses a layered water taking waterproof door device which comprises at least one set of door groove structures and waterproof door assemblies arranged in the door groove structures and in sliding fit with the door groove structures, and the door groove structures extend downwards from the water level surface to the position below the water level surface in the water level elevation direction. The waterproof door assembly is of a foldable structure capable of being contracted and expanded in the sliding direction, the waterproof door assembly comprises a plurality of frame main beams which are sequentially arranged in the sliding direction of the waterproof door assembly at intervals, the frame main beams are in sliding fit with the door groove structure, and a flexible door leaf is connected between every two adjacent frame main beams. Due to the fact that a hinged connection mode is not adopted, the problem that a hinged part directly bears water pressure is completely avoided, the service life of the waterproof door assembly can be effectively prolonged, the maintenance frequency is greatly reduced, and therefore the operation reliability of the whole layered water taking waterproof door device and the stable proceeding of water taking work are effectively improved.
