The invention discloses a screw pile type jacket device for an offshore booster station and a construction method of the screw pile type jacket device. The screw pile type jacket device comprises a jacket unit, a screw pile unit and a middle connecting pile shoe unit. Each jacket unit comprises a vertical chord member and an inclined chord member; each spiral pile unit comprises a straight part located on the upper portion and a spiral part located on the lower portion, and the spiral pile units are detachably and fixedly arranged at the ends of the middle connecting pile shoe units; the middle connecting pile shoe unit comprises a plurality of sets of pile shoe clamping plates and hoop structures which are horizontally arranged at intervals and connected in a hinged mode. According to the jacket device, the middle connecting pile shoe unit is arranged to facilitate connection and installation of the jacket unit and the spiral pile unit, in addition, the spiral pile is adopted to replace an existing pile leg, then the lower end of the inclined chord member abuts against the seabed, the bottom face of the pile shoe clamping plate located on the lowest portion abuts against the surface of the seabed, and therefore the jacket unit and the spiral pile unit can be connected and installed conveniently. The effect of an anti-settling plate is achieved, and the bearing performance of the whole jacket device is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于海上升压站的螺旋桩式导管架装置及其施工方法,该装置包括导管架单元、螺旋桩单元和中间连接桩靴单元;导管架单元包括位于竖向弦杆和倾斜弦杆;螺旋桩单元包括位于上部的平直部和下部的螺旋部,螺旋桩单元可拆卸地固定设置在中间连接桩靴单元的端部;中间连接桩靴单元包括多组水平间隔设置且铰接连接的桩靴卡板和抱箍结构。本发明的导管架装置通过设置可使中间连接桩靴单元方便导管架单元和螺旋桩单元的连接安装,另外采用螺旋桩代替现有的桩腿,再通过将倾斜弦杆下端抵接在海床上,位于最下方的桩靴卡板的底面抵接在海床表面,起到了防沉板的作用,提高了整个导管架装置的承载性能。
