The civil engineering building foundation pile construction equipment comprises a pouring guide pipe used for conducting grouting on a pile foundation hole, and the pouring guide pipe comprises a plurality of casing pipes and a plurality of floating body units; the multiple sleeves are arranged in a sliding and sleeving mode, and a limiting assembly for limiting the sliding height of every two adjacent sleeves is arranged between the two adjacent sleeves. The multiple floating body units are connected with the lower ends of the multiple sleeves in a one-to-one correspondence mode, each floating body unit comprises an annular air bag and an inflation and deflation assembly arranged on the annular air bag, and the air bag rings are fixed to the lower ends of the sleeves and are coaxial with the sleeves. The floating body units are arranged at the lower ends of the multiple sleeves which are arranged in a mutually sliding and sleeving mode correspondingly, during grouting, the floating body units are used for sequentially and automatically lifting each sleeve, the sleeve located on the lower portion is shrunk into the sleeve located on the upper portion, and therefore the sleeve is shrunk automatically along with rising of the liquid level of poured concrete; in the whole process, the pouring guide pipe does not need to be lifted, each sleeve of the pouring guide pipe can automatically contract, and the pouring construction efficiency is improved.
