The deepwater steel sheet pile cofferdam is characterized in that an inner supporting node comprises a flange plate connected to the end of an inner supporting pipe and a connecting plate set arranged around the center of the flange plate, the connecting plate set is perpendicularly connected to the end face of the flange plate and extends outwards in the axial direction of the inner supporting pipe, and one end of the connecting plate set is perpendicularly connected with the inner supporting pipe through the flange plate; the contact area of the connecting plate set and the end face of the flange plate is larger than the contact area of the connecting plate set and the side wall of the ring beam. According to the invention, the inner supporting node is arranged as a connecting part of the inner supporting pipe and the ring beam, so that the ring beam and the connecting plate group as well as the connecting plate group and the inner supporting pipe are kept in a vertical connection relationship, and the connecting plate group provides a larger stress area for the ring beam. The stress of the ring beam is vertically transmitted to the flange plate, and the stress of the ring beam uniformly acts on the end part of the inner supporting pipe after being diffused by the flange plate, so that a good stress diffusion effect is achieved, and the stability of the cofferdam is improved.
本发明公开一种深水钢板桩围堰,其特征在于:所述内撑节点包括连接于内撑管端部的法兰板,以及绕法兰板中心设置的连接板组,连接板组垂直连接于法兰板端面,且沿内撑管轴向往外延伸,连接板组一端通过法兰板与内撑管垂直连接,连接板组另一端与圈梁侧壁垂直连接,连接板组与法兰板端面的接触面积大于连接板组与圈梁侧壁的接触面积。本发明通过设置内撑节点,作为内撑管与圈梁的连接部件,使得圈梁与连接板组之间、连接板组与内撑管之间均保持垂直连接关系,而且连接板组为圈梁提供更大的受力面积。圈梁应力垂直传递至法兰板,圈梁应力经法兰板扩散后,均匀作用在内撑管端部,达到良好的应力扩散效果,提高围堰的稳固性。
