The invention discloses a construction method of a steam turbine generator unit base embedded sleeve, and belongs to the technical field of constructional engineering. Comprising the steps that a positioning base of an embedded sleeve is fixedly installed on a pouring formwork, and the perpendicularity of the positioning base is corrected; adopting a sleeve to cling to the positioning base for pre-embedded installation; every two adjacent sleeves are connected through two rows of steel bars, and all the sleeves are connected into a whole; the top of the sleeve is sealed by a steel plate in a pattern welding manner; scaffold pipes are vertically welded to the tops of the steel plates, and then the vertical scaffold pipes are connected into the whole scaffold through horizontal scaffold pipes and right-angle fasteners. A concrete pouring formwork is installed, and a gap between the concrete pouring formwork and the beam body is reserved to prevent formwork explosion; and pouring concrete and removing the steel plates at the tops of the scaffold and the sleeve. According to the method, the mounting precision of the steam turbine generator base is improved; the overall construction efficiency is improved; in addition, the problem of rapid installation of the casing pipe is solved, the problem of floating of the rigid casing pipe is controlled, and good popularization value is achieved.
