Hole forming method for construction pile foundation of slope volume gravel soil rotary drilling rig
The invention discloses a pore-forming method for constructing a pile foundation through a slope volume gravel soil rotary drilling rig. The pore-forming method comprises the following steps that (1) a steel floral tube is prepared; 2) construction preparation; (3) surveying and setting out; a measuring instrument is adopted to measure the ground elevation, and the center position of the pile foundation and the position of the steel floral tube to be arranged are measured and determined; (4) arranging steel floral tubes to form steel pipe piles; a drill bit is adopted for drilling at the position where the steel floral tube is to be arranged, water pump flushing is not needed in the drilling process, drilling and lifting are repeated, finally, a hole is formed, and the steel floral tube is inserted into the hole; (5) grouting in the steel pipe pile; prepared slurry is adopted for pressure filling, and it is ensured that the slurry fills the interior of the steel pipe pile and the whole drill hole; and (6) rotary excavating drilling construction is conducted in the center position of the whole steel pipe pile area, and a pile foundation is formed. The bearing capacity of the pile foundation can be greatly improved, the cohesiveness of gravel in a loose accumulation layer around the pile foundation is improved, it is guaranteed that hole collapse does not occur in the construction process of the rotary drilling rig, and construction machinery does not need to be adjusted on the basis.
本发明公开了一种用于坡积碎石土旋挖钻机施工桩基的成孔方法,包括以下步骤:1)制备钢花管;2)施工准备;3)测量放线;采用测量仪器测量地面标高,并测量定出桩基的中心位置及待布设钢花管的位置;4)布设钢花管,形成钢管桩;在待布设钢花管的位置采用钻头钻孔,钻孔过程中不用水泵冲洗,反复下钻提钻,最终成孔,并在其中插入钢花管;5)钢管桩内注浆;采用配置的浆料进行压力灌入,确保浆料填满钢管桩内部及整个钻孔;6)在整个钢管桩区域中心位置进行旋挖钻孔施工,形成桩基。本发明能够大大提高桩基承载力,增加桩基周边松散堆积层砂砾的粘聚性,保证旋挖钻机施工过程中不出现塌孔,在此基础上施工机械无需外调。
