The switch mechanism comprises a vertical block arranged on the cement board, a third storage groove formed in the vertical block, a power connection part arranged in the third storage groove, a lifting part arranged on the water squeezing part and a telescopic part arranged on the lifting part; the hand washing mechanism comprises a water inlet pipe arranged on the storage box, an electromagnetic valve arranged on the water inlet pipe, a follow-up part arranged on the storage box and a reset part arranged on the follow-up part. Through the arrangement of the driving mechanism, the switching mechanism and the hand washing mechanism, when the faucet is used for washing hands, hand sanitizer does not need to be extruded independently, and hand washing is more convenient and faster.
