Method for temporarily reinforcing, supporting and reinforcing old pipeline during reconstruction of drainage pipe network
The invention discloses a method for temporarily reinforcing, supporting and reinforcing an old pipeline during transformation of a drainage pipe network, which comprises the following steps of: digging out soil around target reinforcing parts of a water seepage part, a joint part and a weak part of the old pipeline, reserving a certain operation space, winding a sealing tape on the excircle of the target reinforcing part for plugging, and binding a rolling tape on the sealing tape for fastening; after the target reinforcing part continues to be excavated downwards to the designed depth, a simple supporting assembly is placed under the target reinforcing part, the lower end of the simple supporting assembly is a base, the middle of the simple supporting assembly is a telescopic rod adjusted through threads, the upper end of the simple supporting assembly is a jacking, the base is supported at the pit bottom, and the jacking is supported on the base through the telescopic rod; the telescopic rod is operated to lift the jacking, so that the target reinforcing part is supported and limited in the limiting groove; after the other areas are excavated downwards to the designed depth, drainage pipe network transformation construction is conducted; after reconstruction of the drainage pipe network is completed, the area outside the target reinforcing part is backfilled to the bottom of the old pipeline, and when the backfilled material can bear the old pipeline, the simple supporting assembly is dismantled; and all the areas are backfilled to the designed elevation. According to the method, the target reinforcing part can be sealed and temporarily reinforced and supported, all equipment occupies a small area, and the construction operation is simple.
本发明公开一种排水管网改造时旧管道临时加固支撑加固方法：将旧管道渗水处、接头处、薄弱处的目标加固部位周边土挖出，并预留一定的操作空间，将密封带缠绕在目标加固部位的外圆上进行封堵，并将轧带绑在密封带上进行紧固；在目标加固部位继续向下挖掘至设计深度后，在目标加固部位正下方放置简易支撑组件，简易支撑组件的下端为底座、中间为螺纹调节的伸缩杆、上端为顶托，底座支撑在坑底，顶托通过伸缩杆支撑在底座上，顶托顶端为U形的限位槽，操作伸缩杆使顶托上升，使目标加固部位支撑且限位在限位槽内；将其余区域向下挖掘至设计深度后，进行排水管网改造施工；排水管网改造完成后，先回填目标加固部位以外区域至旧管道标底，待回填材料达到能够承受旧管道时，再拆除简易支撑组件；将所有区域回填至设计标高。该方法能对目标加固部位进行密封和临时加固支撑，所有设备占地小，施工操作简单。
