The house body is composed of a roof, a layer plate, a bottom plate, a first side plate and a second side plate, the first side plate and the second side plate are symmetrically arranged, a motor, a rotating shaft, a winding piece and a traction rope are arranged in the lifting mechanism, the locking mechanism is composed of an adjusting bolt, an adjusting piece and a locking piece, and the fixing mechanism is composed of a positioning piece, a fixing piece and a maintaining piece. According to the lifting device for the modular house, the lifting mechanism is arranged on the roof, and the traction rope penetrates through the first side plate and the second side plate to be connected with the bottom plate, so that after the lifting mechanism is started, the first side plate and the second side plate can be unfolded to be in a vertical state, and therefore frame forming of the house is achieved. And meanwhile, the locking mechanism is matched to lock the first side plate and the second side plate, and the fixing mechanism is used for fixing the bottom plate, so that the house can be quickly formed, and the strength and stability of the whole house can be enhanced.
