A three-dimensional shock isolation device comprises a friction pendulum shock isolation support and a vertical shock isolation component, the friction pendulum shock isolation support comprises a first seat plate and a second seat plate which are arranged in a spaced mode to form a containing cavity, and the vertical shock isolation component comprises a first sliding block, a second sliding block and at least one vertical shock isolator; the first sliding block is in frictional contact with the first bottom plate, and the second sliding block is in frictional contact with the second bottom plate, so that the vertical shock isolation component relatively slides in the containing cavity in the horizontal direction; the vertical vibration isolator is connected between the first sliding block and the second sliding block, and the vertical vibration isolator deforms due to vertical force and reduces the vertical rigidity of the vertical vibration isolation component. According to the friction pendulum shock insulation support, the vertical shock insulation component is combined in the friction pendulum shock insulation support, horizontal and vertical earthquake effects can be effectively relieved, and the friction pendulum shock insulation support has good three-dimensional shock insulation capacity.
