The invention provides an inerter decoupling type three-dimensional seismic isolation support based on a high-static low-dynamic principle, comprising: a vertical inerter type seismic isolation support comprising a plurality of vertical energy-consuming members and a vertical inerter, the plurality of vertical energy-consuming members surrounding the vertical inerter, the top ends of the vertical energy-consuming members and the vertical inerter being connected to an upper support plate, and the top ends of the vertical energy-consuming members and the vertical inerter being connected to a lower support plate; the bottom ends of the vertical energy dissipation component and the vertical inerter are connected with an upper connecting plate; the horizontal shock insulation support comprises a horizontal shock insulation element, the top end of the horizontal shock insulation element is connected with a lower connecting plate, and the bottom end of the horizontal shock insulation element is connected with a lower support plate; the lower connecting plate is connected to the lower portion of the upper connecting plate. When the vertical static load is borne, the vertical energy consumption component can provide vertical bearing force; under the action of a vertical earthquake, the vertical energy dissipation component can provide energy dissipation and self-resetting capabilities; under the action of a horizontal earthquake, the horizontal shock insulation support generates shear deformation/displacement energy consumption.
