The invention discloses a cold-formed stainless steel square tube sandwich support which is characterized in that a sleeve is sleeved inside and outside a core tube respectively to clamp the core tube in the middle to form a square tube sandwich structure, notches are formed in the two ends of the core tube and the inner and outer sleeves, insertion plates are embedded into the notches of the core tube, and two slotted ends of the outer sleeve are locked between two clamping plates by a clamping plate assembly. The loading end of the outer sleeve is additionally sleeved with a hoop assembly which has a reinforcing effect on the notch, and the square tube sandwich structure, the hoop assembly and the clamping plate assembly form a multi-steel-tube all-steel buckling restrained brace. The support has the advantages that the base material of the support is a stainless steel material, so that the corrosion resistance and durability of the support are improved, and a buckling-restrained effect is provided for a common stainless steel square tube support.
本发明公开一种冷成型不锈钢方管夹心支撑,核心管的内外各套装一套管将核心管夹在中间构成方管夹心构造,核心管及其内外套管的两端开有槽口,插板嵌入核心管的槽口,夹板组件将外套管开槽的两端锁固在两夹板之间,外套管的加载端另套装有对槽口有加强作用的抱箍组件,方管夹心构造、抱箍组件和夹板组件形成了多重钢管全钢屈曲约束支撑。本发明的优点是支撑的基材为不锈钢材料,提高了支撑的耐腐蚀性和耐久性,为不锈钢方管普通支撑提供了防屈曲效果。
