The invention discloses a break angle type BIPV photovoltaic grid curtain wall structure which comprises a plurality of cross rods installed on a structural steel beam of a building structure. Each grid strip comprises a base plate, a photovoltaic panel and a buckle plate, the base plates are vertically arranged, the back faces of the base plates are installed on the multiple transverse rods through adapters, the base plates of the multiple grid strips are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the transverse rods, supporting fillets are detachably installed in the middles of the front faces of the base plates, and the supporting fillets are arranged in the length direction of the base plates; first clamping grooves are formed in the two opposite sides of the base plate respectively, groove openings of the first clamping grooves face the outer side, away from the base plate, of the supporting fillet, the buckle plate is detachably installed on the outer side of the supporting fillet, second clamping grooves are formed in the two opposite sides of the buckle plate respectively, and groove openings of the second clamping grooves are opposite to the groove openings of the first clamping grooves. The two opposite sides of the photovoltaic panel are embedded in the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove respectively. The problem that a closed photovoltaic curtain wall structure of a vertical face of an existing building structure seriously affects lighting inside a building is solved.
