Novel reinforcing steel bar protective layer cushion block
The invention discloses a novel reinforcing steel bar protective layer cushion block which comprises a frustum-shaped cushion block body, and four arc notches are evenly distributed in the cushion block body from top to bottom. An inverted U-shaped groove is transversely formed in the bottom of the cushion block main body and is positioned at a position of an opposite bottom arc inverted opening in the arc notch; an arc-shaped groove is longitudinally formed in the position, located at the other opposite bottom arc inverted opening in the arc notches, of the bottom of the cushion block body. The two transverse sides and the two longitudinal sides of the middle of the cushion block body are each provided with a wire binding hole, and the wire binding holes are located in the arc notches in the cushion block body. A wire binding groove hole is formed in the center of the bottom face of the cushion block body. The whole structure of the novel reinforcing steel bar protective layer cushion block is a frustum body, the shape is reasonable, economical and attractive, binding wires can be tightened conveniently, and materials are saved; the two arc-shaped grooves with different depths and sizes can fix the double-layer reinforcing steel bars to the maximum extent, have strong wrapping and restraining effects on the vertical reinforcing steel bars and the horizontal reinforcing steel bars, and are high in universality.
