The invention belongs to the technical field of inflatable tents, and discloses a high-pressure inflatable tent air column sealing device which comprises a fixed plate and a movable plate, connecting mechanisms are connected to the two ends of the fixed plate and the two ends of the movable plate correspondingly, a driving mechanism is connected to the fixed plate, and a clamping mechanism is connected to the movable plate; and the connecting mechanism is used for connecting the fixed plate and the movable plate. The fixed plate and the movable plate are connected through the connecting mechanism, the movable plate can be reset, the movable sleeve is limited through the clamping mechanism, then the driving mechanism drives the lead screw to rotate so as to drive the movable plate to move, and therefore the movable plate is controlled to move, and sealing hot melting work of the air column is completed; and then the movable sleeve is released through the clamping mechanism, then the movable plate can rebound through the connecting mechanism, then the air column is inflated, and the air column is in contact with the movable plate and the fixed plate, so that the sealing performance detection and the air pressure intensity detection of the air column can be realized.
