The invention relates to an APP-based foundation pit deformation monitoring system and method, and relates to the technical field of geotechnical engineering foundation pit monitoring, and the system comprises a sensing layer, an application layer and a service layer. The sensing layer comprises a Bluetooth field data acquisition system for acquiring foundation pit data, and field data acquisition hardware equipment performs data interaction with mobile acquisition equipment through a Bluetooth technology and is used for transmitting the data acquired by the sensing layer to the application layer in real time for processing. Each module of the application layer is arranged in a mobile acquisition device to form a mobile APP, and the mobile APP displays and records data acquired by the sensing layer on one hand and sends an instruction to control and configure working parameters of the sensing sensor on the other hand; and the service layer provides various services related to data acquisition and analysis for the user. According to the invention, through operation modes of on-site acquisition, wireless transmission, real-time analysis and on-site check, a traditional foundation pit monitoring operation mode is improved, and the foundation pit monitoring operation efficiency is improved.
