The groove is formed in the right side of the top of the baffle; the adjusting plate is movably inserted into the groove; the supporting spring is used for pushing the adjusting plate to move upwards; the cleaning mechanism and the clamping mechanism are further included; the adjusting plate and the supporting spring are arranged on the right side of the top of the baffle, so that the adjusting plate has the function of moving up and down for adjustment, when the discharging port is closed, the adjusting plate makes contact with the bottom wall of the right side of the discharging port and is squeezed to move downwards, abrasion between the adjusting plate and the discharging port is reduced, and movement of the baffle and opening and closing of the adjusting plate are independent of each other; even if the concrete is attached to the adjusting plate, the movement of the baffle cannot be affected, and the problem that the opening and closing action is blocked due to the fact that the concrete is attached to the baffle is solved.
