The invention discloses a method for recycling ultra-high performance concrete from waste concrete, which comprises the following steps: S1, mechanical crushing: collecting the waste concrete, cleaning and removing impurities, and crushing the waste concrete into fine aggregate through the mechanical crushing; s2, two-stage crushing: crushing the waste concrete to prepare fine aggregate, adopting a two-stage crushing process, firstly crushing the waste concrete into coarse aggregate with the particle size of 5-30mm, abandoning the undersize material, repeatedly crushing the oversize part, mixing the obtained screened aggregate with an alkaline activator, and carrying out chemical reaction to activate active components in the aggregate; s3, cone crushing; and S5, preparing concrete. According to the method, the waste concrete is subjected to secondary crushing to prepare the high-quality reclaimed sand, and the reclaimed sand is used for preparing the ultra-high performance concrete, so that the current situation that high-quality raw materials are short of supply is solved, and the application additional value of the reclaimed material of the waste concrete is also improved.
