Micro-nano bubble-containing grouting material for red-layer soft rock roadbed grouting
The invention relates to a grouting material containing micro-nano bubbles for grouting a red-layer soft rock roadbed. The grouting material comprises Portland cement, carbon fibers, gamma-propyltrimethoxysilane, octadecyl primary amine, silicon dioxide, potassium methyl silicate, glass fibers and water. The content of the micro-nano bubbles in the grouting material is 0.1%-5.0%. According to the grouting material, the initial setting time and the final setting time of the grouting material are rapidly shortened, and the 28-day compressive strength is greatly improved. According to the grouting material disclosed by the invention, the viscosity of the grouting slurry is reduced by utilizing the micro-nano bubbles, so that the grouting resistance is reduced, the fluidity of the grouting slurry is favorably improved, and the grouting slurry is more easily injected into rock soil.
