The invention discloses bridge deck pavement leveling layer high-ductility pumping concrete and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of concrete building materials, the bridge deck pavement leveling layer high-ductility pumping concrete comprises, by weight, 610-740 parts of cement, 200-300 parts of fly ash, 60-90 parts of silica fume, 800 parts of fine sand, 280-290 parts of water, 15 parts of fiber, 10-12 parts of a water reducing agent, 80 parts of an expanding agent, and 5.4 parts of an air entraining agent; the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, adding the cement, the fly ash and the silica fume into a forced stirrer, slowly stirring for 30 seconds, adding part of the water, slowly stirring for 2 minutes to enable the cementing material slurry to be in a viscous state, secondly, dispersing and adding the fibers and the water reducing agent, slowly stirring for 2 minutes, quickly stirring for 3 minutes to enable the materials to be fully and uniformly mixed, and finally, adding the cement, the fly ash and the silica fume to be uniformly mixed. Adding fine sand, an expanding agent, an air entraining agent and the rest of water, slowly stirring for 2 minutes, then quickly stirring for 3 minutes, finally pouring the mixture into a mold, vibrating and compacting, standing for 24 hours, demolding, and putting into a standard curing room (the temperature is 20 +/-2 DEG C, and the relative humidity is more than 95%) for curing; according to the invention, the engineering requirement of balance of working performances in the aspects of compressive strength, deformability and anti-cracking toughness is met, and the pumping effect and the bonding effect of bridge deck pavement concrete are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种桥面铺装调平层高延性泵送混凝土及其制备方法,涉及混凝土建筑材料技术领域,以重量份数计,包括水泥610‑740份、粉煤灰200‑300份、硅灰60‑90份,细砂800份,水280‑290份,纤维15份,减水剂10‑12份,膨胀剂80份,引气剂5.4份;制备方法包括如下步骤:首先加入水泥、粉煤灰和硅灰至强制式搅拌机中慢速搅拌30s,加入部分水后慢速搅拌2min,使胶凝材料浆体至粘稠状态,其次分散加入纤维和减水剂,慢速搅拌2min后,再快速搅拌3min,使其充分拌合均匀,接着加入细砂、膨胀剂、引气剂和剩余水,慢速搅拌2min后,再快速搅拌3min即可,最后将拌合料浇筑倒入模具中,振动密实后静置24h,脱模放入标准养护室(温度20±2℃,相对湿度95%以上)中养护;本发明满足抗压强度、变形能力与抗裂韧性方面的工作性能相平衡的工程需求,保障桥面铺装混凝土的泵送效果与粘结效果。
